Dodge dually spacers...

I can't find the thread where this was discussed, but i did come across some photos of these spacers.

While ford and chevy use a completely different hub assembly between their two types of axles, dodge uses these steel spacers to space out the axle to accept the reverse dish dually wheels. pretty neat.

If i hadn't seen these pics, i would still think Pater is full of ****.

i'm not saying pater isn't full of ****, but he is redeemed on this account!
just wanted to post these in case anyone else was curious about them.

why more desirable. that one has kingpin, and no unit bearings. balljoints and unit bearings don't belong on trail vehicles, in my opinion. hahahaha

I guess you are entitled to your opinion but I have proven the reliability of the dana 60 dodge 1994-2002 axles thouroughly and find them to be as tough and easier to service on the trail. The spacers are more desireable than other spacers I have seen or used is all. hehehehe

you are correct, i have never seen you have a problem with one.
