Well I got the (Sandford buy and wheel one of a kind super custom Z-bar)
bent up and put on. It's amazing how much force a 6' fence post can build it bent like butter!!. I also got the gusset layed out but I am out of cutter wheels so I will have to cut it this weekend and have it welded on at the same time as my new lower shock mounts I hope to have done this weekend also.

You have to remeber guys this is a BACK YARD build and I mean in the dirt back yard. No garage not even a concrete pad and the only tools other then staight hand tools is a POS air inpact! So all in all I say it's going along pretty well!!

I got all the fab work done to finish the front end I cut the gusset for the Z-link with a 4" grinder and used some stock sami plates to get the studs for the lower shock mounts as well as a 3" pipe clamp cut in half. In the pic the clamps are set to the front end but will be welded even with the back of the studs and welded to the axle housing so the the shock tube do not rub the axle tubes.

OK so I made a deal with T-box he would weld up some stuff for me and I would presure wash his porch roof for him. I would say it worked out great for both of us as I am very happy with the work he did for me and I also think his house looks great after the presure washing was all done. SO first 2 pic's BS shots of the presure washing. (NOTE the MOHAWK) LOL

So here is a shot of the sway bar bungs I had to cut off as the shock tubes would have rubbed on then very badly.

Next the new shock mount after the stud is welded to the pipe clamp 1/2

Then the shock mounts tacked in place and one of the mounts full welded on.

And last the Z-bar gusset.

Thanks again T-box for all the help.
