got a response from the poster about what riding is allowed:

Any stock quad. Any ndoro type bike. Kids motocross bikes. We have been trying to appease the Township, neighbors, and the sheriff dept about the noise complaints so we have had to stop anything that has an after market exhaust that makes it loud.

no idea on the name, just happened to see the post on craigslist.
He also mentioned that they also allow side-by-sides as long as they have the stock pipe.
