Holley offroad carb???

http://www.holley.com/0-90470.asp

My dad is thinkin about putting on of these on his feep. His motor blew so he is replacing it with a 351 windsor but Im not sure if this carb will fit or what I need to install it.
Has anyone used this carb or have any knowledge about it.
All help is appreciated

They're not too bad, i have one and def better than reg carb. The main problem is with the acc pump, it will need some tunning to get it to work just right. I found a good write up on it on how to do it, i'll see if i can dig it up somewhere....
