My friday evening started out normal...In the garage working on the jeep.

Then Patty(wife)yells NICK THERE'S A SQUIRREL IN THE HOUSE..Let me say ,you havn't lived till you get a frantic trapped squirrel out of your house.After a few minutes of strategy,I grabbed a large catfish landing net and went into the danger zone.The creature was quickly spotted in the living room sitting in my chair.I guess what ever was on tv got his attention.

Soon as we made eye contact it was on the move.I managed to trap it in a large window with blinds.As it hung above me with the help of the blinds.No doubt seeing freedom just a few layers of glass away.I went to work on the lower part of the window removing two pains of glass and a screen.Then the wife says.....

IT'S OUT

True.....One thing for sure,I was glad to be there when it decided to invade the house.The wife flipping out on the phone would be a under statement.

It got in through the chimmey running to the basement.The cage around the top rusted and caused a small hole.I took the freestanding fireplace out years ago.Stuffed a old blacket in the pipe.

A picture of it sitting in the chair would have been priceless.Soon as it seen me and the large black net,it was on the move....

My wildlife continues....Heading to the jungle today.
