cj 232 won't rev.

i have a 1976 cj7 runs fine at idle but runs rough when u rev it. Timing is good. No vacuum at Idle 15 when reving. Manifolds have a valves for EGR. I think its the carb anyother Ideals. Its got a 1barrel.

Brand new. The whole jeep has 82 mile since total restoration, but has been sittin for about 4 years.

when mine did that it was the timming, could be air fuel mix too. or weak spark. but my sami did it to and it was timming. so ir eally think you skipped a tooth or somthing cause my jeep and my sami both had that issue and both times it was timming
