You and Tim need to quit arguing with your grinders... Or wear welding gloves...

Going to try to make it out, as long as it isn't to sloppy. Picking up a new rig on Thursday, and I need to do a shakedown run.

Philll, when you going down? might go if we can caravan. I was thinking about driving the X90 down. and question for anyone, when its sloppy, is Big Rock pretty much like Haspin? I'm wondering if I would have a hard time on hills with BFG Mud terrains?

Not near as sloppy as Haspin. I ran BFGs down there for years, and while I split plenty of sidewalls  I never had too much trouble for traction...

And welcome to the board!

In related news, I got my rig back, and the axle reassembled. I'll get some test time in, but I should be good to go!

The hills at Big Rock are long and steep. If it's muddy, no one can usually make it up them. Haspin mud is by far the worst.

most of the rocky stuff there is wide enough and you don't really get close to the sharp edges... But you never know about the stray root or a rock poking into a mud hole...

If you drive and have troubles we'll get ya home one way or another... I'm around the loveland/landen area too...

They have both primitive and electrical hook ups. I think you need to call to reserve a electrical spot, if you are interested.

I plan on camping with my kids. Put a heater in the tent and it stays pretty warm. Huge fire helps too though

A few places in the creek have gotten up to the bottom of my doors. That's about 26".
