coilover tech..

looking for spring rate info....

anyone here run coilovers and have info to share?

is spring rate determined just by the sprung weight of ur rig or by intended usage as well?( stiffer for faster ect)?

why do i see the springs all the way at the top of some c/o's and on others is spun down 6-7 inches?

how close or far away to keep spring rates....250 over 300 ...vs 150 over 300?

thanx in advance
