I-75 S. traffic through Cincy. How bad does it suck?

8UP Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: 1 Posts: 92	I-75 S. traffic through Cincy. How bad does it suck? Weekdays around 7ish pulling a trailer. Is there much construction now, and am I going through at the worst possible time? Is there "window" when things clear up for a while? There have been times when I've sailed right through and other times when it's been a parking lot for no apparent reason.
