Bumper build

Built a front bumper for a friends YJ last night , crappy cell phone pictures but I'll try to get some better ones in the day light and with my good camera. Body of bumper is 3/16th plate , Stinger and supports are 1.5 DOM , D-ring mounts are 1/2 .

You can't hardly tell in the pictures but that is his new Smitty Built XRC 8000winch that cost him $319.00 to his front door off of e-bay. not to bad , we are wondering if it is going to hold up as well as a Warn ...... time will tell .

And also ..... this was built with the plate that I posted about last week . I have not forgot about those who said they were wanting some . I'm burning the candle at both ends with work and home improvements and other peoples projects. Looks like I'm going to be able to get more to sell but not as much as I thought . I may end up with only about 6 sheets (4'x8') for sale and it should be $95.00 a sheet . these things weight in at 245 lbs. each . Going to be next week before I'm able to do anything.

I'm guessing a manual JD bender, 6' breaker bar and 2-3 friends.

And I see he paid with the appropriate brand...

I have an old Greenlee bender that does an OK job , very easy to use but doesn't bend a really tight radius and only will bend to about 94 degrees. Tar ? no I don't know why the picture turned out like that. And yes he paid with the right adult beverage
