Wanting to Comp Cut my LJ

I'm looking to Comp cut my LJ, but the passenger rear wheel well has a evap box in it.. Anyone run into this before?? I would like to just ditch this all together, but I don't want any issues with the PC on it.. Has anyone ditched there evap?? And how did you go about it??

Obama says that this is a no no. Re-route it in another location. Should have no major effect on computer or running condition. Comp cutting to lengthen wheelbase on a LJ? Where are you wanting the length to be from wheel center to wheel center?

I was wanting to make more room for the tires.. Plan to go up to 40's with 1tons.. I need to get as much room as I can.. This thing flexes like crazy...
