rear end pop/click
I was wondering if any of you guys would have an idea why my truck is making a clicking/popping noise. It sounds like its coming from the rearend. I dont do burnouts or anything, but it does have 33's on it. Its a 97' F150 4x4 4.6L V8

Crawl under and see if there's play in the rear drive shaft. You'll here a clunk if the carrier or cross pin have some wear on them causing a driveline clunk when the slack is taken up starting and stopping.

There's so many things it may/could be. Maby one of the guy's here that have shops may be able to chime in and help out. I'm thinking they'll need to see and drive it to get a better feel for the problem.
