OK, so what are the posts for that stick out of the bumper, and why is one outside and the other inside of the d-rings.
It looks like the second picture is not finished, and in the first, they look like bolt holes, so I'm guessing the posts are just to line it up to the frame? I think it looks really cool, and it looks like the finish even matches the fender flares in the first pic. that's pretty cool.

yes they were just metal guides i used to line it up just to test fit ..... the finish is just bed liner worked out pretty nice
