cj hard top glass issues

Ok soo I bought a hard top for my Yj. The top is off a Cj and it was missing a side glass on the passenger side. I bought a window from Craigslist that was from a CJ hard top. I had a glass Guy come out from a company that I have used multiple times for my auto glass needs because I could never get the glass in. Well he came out and said the glass was the wrong size.

I guess my question is is the glass from both sides the same? Were there any changes in glass sizes on the CJ hard tops? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

At work, if I breake a window out of one of the dozer doors. A company come out and pops the window in the other door out, uses it to cut a new window for the broken one, they even temper the edge and put them both in. They did one at lunch time and had it all done in like 30 minutes. Find a place that will do that, I think the side windows are flat so it should work out.

When I was cleaning the tint off the new glass it holds goof off in a puddle. And the other side it runs off. I will get some glass cut but I just wanted the windows to match but it may be hard to notice anyways
