With the jeep sitting level, take a measurement of center to center of your yokes. Take that measurement to a driveshaft shop and they will do the rest.

What u-joints do the axles take? Is it close to the XJ yoke size at all?
If you're doing an SYE then you'll need a rear slip-style driveshaft with a CV joint like an XJ stock front shaft. You could possibly use a modified XJ or ZJ front driveshaft if the u-joints are close.
