I have welded up the holes before and put a new bolt pattern in the axle shaft before but would not be comfortable doing that on a daily driver. I have wheel spacers on the truggy. 3.5'' in the front and 2'' in the rear and run them on the mustang too! Be sure to recheck the torque and use locktite.
