CORE always seemed like a well run club with eager and dedicated members...BUT... Mondays and Fridays are off limits for meeting nights!
I belonged to a local off road club and we doubled our attendance when we switched from Fri. to Thur. Jeff |

Carwash are you going to be able to make it to the meeting to drop off those shock mounts? If you can't make it this week maybe I can pick them up or something?

well, it can be talked about at the meeting i guess... not a decision we can make right here and now. we need to make sure that Tuesday isn't a conflicting night for a bunch of others as well...
while we're at it, we should move it south.... hahahha

well, someone bring it up at the meeting.
the reason it is where it is now is due to the fact that the majority of members used to, and maybe still do, live up that way, fairfield, trenton, etc.. Also, the people at symmes tavern are also very accomodating as far as taking care of us, etc. It is hard to find a place that does that. So, if you want the meeting moved, you have to make a pretty good argument as to why, and you also need to have somewhere lined up that will allow us to have a meeting there. But, the constant changing of meeting place is not recommended, as it is good to have a solid destination, time and a place for the meeting every month. so, it should be based on what is best for the club as a whole, and if that means it stays where it is, so be it. Now, the day of the week, i think is more easily negotiable. If there is a day that works better for the majority, and works against any other public things that may go on, then that may be something more easily talked about and changed. So, someone head it up at the meeting, see what happens.
