1st. There is not a chance in hell Adams buggy will EVER pass this little "inspection". 2nd. The "inspection" you are talking about is to make a rig street legal which is something this buggy will never be and there for COULD NEVER pass the inspection. 3rd. I told him 3 months ago he didn't "need" a Title from the state. All he needs is a notarized bill of sale. 4th. No matter what the state of OHIO is not going to give you a title for a buggy that is not legal to drive on the street. 5th. You CAN mill up your own number on a peace of flat steel and weld it to the chassie and then have that number added to the notarized bill of sale along with the motor casting number and it will hold up in any court and can be used to insure the buggy also. 6th. Bite me. |

My god you guys are arguing like an old married couple! I'm going to call the highway patrol tomorrow and see what they say,and I left a message with a lawyer,hopefully he'll asnwer some questions for me without raping me for a ton of cash!
