ORI Relocation
Started the front shock relocation.

More progress today. All welds are done, air tank and PS reservoir mounts made. Now I have to paint!

Yep a lot of trial and error. Welding what I thought was the permanent location 3 times kinda sucked but I gained a lot of knowledge. Thank goodness I have a plasma cutter.

This all started because I did not want to remove my shock hoops I have had for years because it entailed a whole lot of work. Not moving the shock hoops compromised compression and angles of the struts that caused severe body roll as well. So after my first run I did some searching for new shock towers and found Ruffstuff had a mandrel bent set for $120 that would make the relocation much simpler. The relocation ha only taken about 12 man hours to do. So I wish I would have done this from the get go. However I have learned a whole lot and the setup is spott on now.. At least on the lift.
