Bogger trimmin
I know some on this board have done this. Is it worth trimming the small lugs off boggers? Whats the best way to do this. Seems like it should help in the rocks.

They work better when modified ... but man they chunk fast after those lugs are gone!
I've only ran them on tube rails with tons of wheel speed , maybe they last better on crawlers? |

i know a couple guys that have done this. While they do work better as far as mud clearing, etc, they do waste away really quick once the small lugs are cut. Steve and Jeff both cut theirs and it seemed that it was no time at all before the tires looked really worn. they still performed well, but once they started to wear, it seemed they performed not as good as uncut ones in my opinion.
so, they work great for a bit after you cut them, then they work worse than if you hadn't cut them. The only way i will cut a set is after they are completely worn out. It's hard for me to take a blade to a $500+ tire.
