I just changed mine in my NSG 370 from Royal Purple Syncromax to Amsoil Syncromesh and I love it. It's night and day compared to the Royal Purple. Much smoother shifts when its cold or warm out. Now in the D30/8.8 I'm still running RP 80/90 and it seems to be fine.

I've heard good things about Redline Mt-90 in Toyota 5 speeds (thats what you got in the Jeep)
