I sent an e-mail out yesterday and got a response. He is still open for business. I'm 3hrs from xenia so I dont want to make a special trip out to check out 150 acres but if he has atleast one hard trail I can convience myself its worth the drive once.

I only asked if he was still open, becuase the info I found postred was fairly old, and we know how small places come and go in this state.
Didnt ask for anything else becuase I have no real intentions of making a trip down to check it out as its to far for me. I'll see if I can get more info. |

I just got off of the phone with him, it is for atv's and sxs right now. He is still working on the zoning and that crap that they put you through. He is trying to stay low key now until he gets that worked out Donations accepted and it is a friend of a friend invite.
They are working on some jeep trails so maybe next year he is hoping to alternate weekends with atv's and such one weekend then Jeeps the next weekend. He was also thinking about mt bikes also. There is no camping this year, but he is working on that for next year. He isn't too far from me so I think a trip is in order when I get the time. |

My daughter and I checked it out on the Polaris Ranger today, less then an hour drive for me, some of the trails were tight and we had a blast.

We had problems getting the ranger through some of the woods and some three point turns to get around some trees. We had tree limbs in the back and our coat hoods full of leaves and twigs.
He would also like some info on organizations that will help him with his zoning battle. Any help there would be great. Last edited by GPER; 11-29-2009 at 08:58 PM. |
