What are these called?

What is the name of these mounts? I am trying to find the cheapest place to pic them up. Thanks!

I have two (2) sets of these you can have for $15. Don't really remember where I bought them, possibly DIY4X.com Did not use them for what I had planned.

Tubing is 2" od, 1.5" id, 2.5" long. The zerk fitting on these are on the end of the bolt, not on the tubing wall like in your photo.

I'm in Middletown.

Fabricator's set (type 2 moved the zirk as John noted)... the image above is certainly from DIY4X...
