need help with samurai

I bought another samurai and I drove it from home all the way to college about 2.5 hours away. I went to stop and the clutch wasnt engaging. So I tried to fix it on the side of the road and couldnt figure it out. So I need help. Please.

new question. I took my samurai for a ride today to hit some trails and its raining.It doesnt want to go into gear when i stop or go that easy? any ideas?

wheres a good place to get shifter sheets for a decent price?i heard rocky road is a horrible place to deal with.
