snow wheelin' this weekend

Okay, so not true wheelin' but spent about 3 hours Saturday digging out driveways and our street. There were mud tires and locking diffs involved. Our driveway wasn't that bad but several neighbors had 2-3' tall drifts.

This is cleaning up the end of our street.

The main road was drifting real bad and everytime the county plow came by it buried the end of our street. The pile behind the stop sign was at least 6' tall.

I drove the YJ with the snow plow on it home from work. I don't know which I hate worse, shoveling snow, or driving that Jeep. It is scary on the highway. Made quick work of the snow removal though...

Since it was 40 on Sunday afternoon I did get the Blazer out and run around a little (no top or doors). Thought about running down the sides of the field you can see in the backgrounds of my picture.....but honestly wasn't sure if I could make it through the ditch even with 40's and lockers. The snow was probably 5' deep at the bottom of the ditch line.
