So then Mason Jar will almost surely lead to some body damage? Regardless I still want to do it...I don't mind a few dents, just adds to the collection.

If you come down with us you can!!! I would like to take some people who have been out there before with us since we've never been to Harlan. Probably go either late July or early August if possible.

the buggy on the treps was from m and m fab from south carolina i think. super nice rig on 4wheel steer spider 9s and a nice crisp v8.

in our group we had a tsl get trashed and a charging issue on another but nothing to bad. i know the jwend group was doing some wrenching maybe he will tell.

and it wasnt crowded at all. middle rock carden was probably the worst and it wasnt that bad

Is middle rock garden the one above little jagger that all the dd' s do or is it the hilly one split in half by the trail itself .... I get them mixed up.

Thanks yellowjacket it`s been a lot of work couldn`t have done it without some great friends it still has a few bugs but we are working them out .We ran pretty hard all weekend with no failures on my buggy except for the winch getting a hydro line in the race in the field.

Send a message via AIM to jwend
our breaks were also minor for the most part (all were expected) dana 30 ring and pinion cooked,, waggy 44 long side front snapped (motor was a 383 sroker) one of our buggys spread open the yoke on his rear hybrid 60 and boomhauer wasted a rear drive shaft...... myself wasted my brakes and that was it.... good weekend over all!! going back in july when the jeep is finished....
