Call it the "CORE Carnage Trail". With this being around the fall and Halloween time, it has a nice ring to it.

Slightly but not really off topic. Is anyone bringing a back up vehicle such as one of the dirtbikeish variety to the Annual Core Carnage Destructo Fest? Got mine out today for the first time in about a year and had that thought.

Off topic-I havent wheeled with Core in about 5 years. Any of the people that have been around a while, remember the Nissan truck I brought to the Bridge? I think that was my last Core trip.
That plastic bed liner made me warm and fuzzy ...... wow that was a long time ago , I think I still had the Yellow K-XJ .

Ultimate Adventure infers certain things/rules that we're not going to (read: no trailers). Need to follow the KISS principle. I do still like CORE AA (can have so much fun with that acroynm).

Getting info from parks now to see what the 'final' rules/regs/info will be.

Dropped off front drive shaft to be shortened today. The yoke came last Friday and actually fit! Ordering the lock right locker this week for the front. Don't know if the 8.8 will make in there in time. That's a lot of set up time to squeeze in. Work is still busy and for some reason people still want there air conditioners to run?

I doubt I'll be back in time if it's the 5th-7th. The next weekend is Toys for Tots at Haspin and then the weekend after that is T4T at Badlands. If the Atlas is in by then, I'm going to try to make both of those.

If I'm not back in time, you guys have fun and be safe. We'll see you around!

Like it! might be easier to fit on a shirt than mine..........

Got the front drive shaft in last friday night in time to test it out on Saturday. Flogged the ole' XJ pretty hard and only casualty was battery:confused: and rear bumper. So the front locker is on the way. So far looks good to make the ride. :)
