Club Biz:
Thread in Member’s section discussing possibility of having a run to Big Rock to clear some trails.
Combine scout and clear in one weekend? Looking into a weekend in June to do this. More to come on timing.

Official CORE run for May is the Southern Shine Crawl @ Harlan, Memorial Day weekend (Fri 5/27 – Mon 5/30). Some going down early Friday morning, see separate thread for details.

4x4s For A Cause (Sat Aug 13; 10a-4p @ Barn N Bunk):
-Sponsor flyer is ready – see Lisa if you need copies.
-$10 admission
-Validating with Sarge if Mitchell’s is still interested in sponsoring cars for crush. Will publish the crush starting at noon.
-Tshirts: similar design as last year.
-Depending on volume of ‘smaller’ raffle items (like Tshirts, gift cards, hats) may do a “Lollipop Tree”. Pick a lollipop/sucker off the ‘tree’ and if it has a colored end; you win a prize.
-Question was raised if we felt a tool chest (double stack) would allow us to raise more money by our Grand Prize raffle than a winch. Need to decide on this to make flyers; will talk to the sponsor to see his preference.

May –
-IOK Spring Test n Tune 5/20 – 5/22 : Gate admission $10 : Rock comp $30, late reg is +$10
Fri Flat Drag Time Trials & Elimination – gate open @ 8am – competition @ 11am
Sat Flat Drags & Rock Comp – Juniors starts @ 9a – elimination @ 4p
Rock Comp starts @ noon (reg from 8:30-10; late registration 10-10:30)
