Treasurer report: We have money

4x4s For A Cause: Check was cut for $1,625 to One Way Farm Children’s Home as the donation of the proceeds of our benefit event on 8/28/2010. Thanks to everyone for making this happen. Next year’s event will take place on 8/13/2011.

2011 Officer Elections: All officers from 2010 retain the same positions for 2011.
President -- Scott Armstrong (flxratd)
Vice President -- Scott Pater (94Dodge_Truggy)
Treasurer -- Bob Heath (Mudstud)
Secretary -- Lisa Lorts (tjjeepjeep)

CORE Almostimate Adventure, Sat 11/6 – Sun 11/7 (online thread for more info):
Trailer vehicles allowed
Peeps doing one day only not eligible for tshirt or sticker
Where? Sat at Haspin ; Sun at Big Rock
Travel to Big Rock Sat evening to camp there
Everyone will be responsible for own food and drinks
No alcohol permitted on trails
Rules/regs – still in development

Holiday Party (note: paid member only party):
Brody and Ann Jacobs have graciously opened their home to us again this year
Set for Friday, 12/17/2010, at 6pm
Gift exchange/steal thing - $25 gift max
CORE will provide Subway and drinks – members asked to bring something to share

Memorial Day Run 2011: West Virginia Trip, as usual, but might explore spending a day or two at Good Evening Ranch/Offroad Park then a day at private land. Typically a paid member only run due to us running on private land. More details, as available.
