Air Shocks vs. Coil Springs

Anyone run air shocks on a light Sammy based rig? I am trying to decide weather I should stick to coils or get some air shocks for my build but I have read some mixed reviews....??? Thanks!

Stick with the coils and run a quality shock. Your back will thank you for it.
