mid 80's and newer 10 bolts got 30 splines as well.

Stub shafts and u-joints are the same.
30-spline 10-bolts were offered '89-'91 (maybe some late '88's) only and are fairly rare because only in Blazers and 'Burbs and thus low production numbers. 30-spline D44 and 30-spline 10-bolt inner shafts are not the same and not interchangeable because they are different lengths and the splines are cut at different angles. But as said above, if 28-spline then definitely 10-bolt. |
