Due to major increase in traffic related deaths the state has funded big $$ to increase state highway patrol and Sheriff's office to double and triple up patrols with low tolerance for speed...9 your fine and 10 your mine Will NOT work this Holiday weekend. Do anymore than 5 over and you will get nailed.
No need for a Winch...You just have to make it !!

The weekend went great and had a blast. The weather ended up pretty good, but we did have a few showers, one of which was when we were going up Rankin's Ravine. This made the waterfall very challenging. Some made it, some didn't. Zach has his front U-Joint explode, well it looked like it in the video. There were some nasty storms that made a lot of noise, but they passed by us.
We had a large group of rigs on Saturday. We had a few locals show up to wheel with us, Lester and his friend Andy showed up, and Tony had a friend come out too. I'm not sure of the count, but there were a lot.

Here are a couple pics from Rankin's. I have more video's that pictures. I'll post the video's soon.

Here are some pics of the first ravine we always hit. Don't recall the name... Most took the hard exit.

We headed out to the 3 pole side after hitting Rankin's on Saturday. The rain shower made Rock God, Cupcake, and Slick Rock pretty interesting. Tony's buddy flopped over in Cupcake, Jeff S reshaped his drag link on a boulder near the top.

I suffered some body damage on Headache and 5 guys. Mostly on Headache though. Somehow I got talked in to going around the big ass rock. I bent my rear bumper, dislocated the front and rear fender, and made a nice dent in my driver door. Buy hey, I made it. [emoji106] I sure hope someone got that on video.

After Lester made it up Rock God so easily, we said he had to do it backwards to make it a challenge.

Hey guys I'm Andy, Lesters buddy. Just wanted to thank everyone for an awesome weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better group of people to be with for my step kids first trip. The whole way home the step son kept asking when we were gonna join the club lol. So money's been paid and looking forward to the next trip. Thanks again.

Had a very good time. Looks like the Toyota will be done for a while though. I don't like having to fix the same thing twice in one weekend.
