What motor and tranny is it going behind?

So long as it has 32 spline in/outs it will survive just fine under 450hp. Worked on several trucks with very healthy stroked small block motors and they never had any issues with the klune. The only breakage I have heard is from a few guys on Pirate with big blocks and it broke years after they were installed.

Keep the fluid changed and it should last forever. Better plan on adding some upgrades to the 300, a 4:1 going through that case will put put the hurt on the stock outputs.
