If it's a 1999 model CV front shaft it's out of a TJ. You'll need to measure full stuff and full drop then you can get it "fit" to size. Drivetrain Specialties cut, welded and re-balanced a shaft for me for like $80 (an hour labor?) I'm sure plenty of other places can do it as well like TKH Fab.
