A 30 indestructable? Never possible. Ring and pinion are small and the ball joints and knuckles break and the axle tubes are thin. You can put alot of money into them and make them survive with moderate wheeling and 35's. Most use the 30 fronts due to not wanting or being able to do a swap. Keep it open with spider gears or air locker and cross your fingers if you wheel difficult terrain often!

I tend to agree.

Also, don't forget about the unit bearings (wheel bearings). I doubt they would last very long with the big tires.

Of course, a HP30 with the bling Super 30 kit probably would be considered indestructable in certain conditions........like if you still ran a D35 rear axle because you would always grenade it first.
