New wheeling area in Adams County

I have heard rumors that there was a new public wheeling area opening, or open for business now in Adams County, OH. Does anyone know any information on this?

Where I heard this from was a friend of a friend and that guy isn't into wheeling but I will be headed out that way shortly do do some research myself and as soon as I find out anything I will post it. Just thought that someone might allready know something about it.
