transfer case over pressurized

my wifes 94 transfer case recently developed a bad t/c leak. it seems like every seal is bad. when i took the fill plug out, air came out. where is the vent to check if its plugged?

Jeff, Sorry can't remember the year of your zj...Sounds like the t/c vent is clogged. The trans vent and t/c vent is ran up to the firewall sometimes they wire tie them together on the trans dipstick tube.I've also seen them fastened to the firewall in various locations.
