It's kind of funny, but Superlift Offroad Park in Arkansas has pretty much the same rules, including the insurance requirements.
http://www.orvpark.com/rules.asp I think if you do a search online, you'll find that most of your organized offroad parks are the same way. Just be lucky you don't live in Washington State. All of their offroad areas were public land and your vehicle not only had to be insured, but had to be licensed as well. Killer wheeling, so nobody really had a problem with it though. Bottom line is that rules are rules. Follow them, or don't, it's completely up to the individual. I just think it's cool that there's another park opening up. |
