Manual 4 wheel disc brakes?
Hello all, newb here.
Currently upgrading my cj7 to disc brakes all around. (Ford 60 rear) Still have stock master cylinder. Ordered a new MC for a 68 vette with manual 4 wheel disc. Guess I'm asking if anyone hear runs manual 4w discs? Any good input. Also I run a SC engine so no vaccum for a booster, hence the manual discussion. |

I don't understand the no vacuum part. You still create vacuum when you are off the throttle with a supercharged engine. My last mustang had manual brakes and was fine but I wasn't trying to stop a 4000 lb vehicle with large tires either. Street driven or trail only?

Install hydroboost from a GM diesel truck. 1 1/4 inch MC. Stopping power is impressive.
Or you could use a vacuum pump and canister to store vacuum for the booster.

I know people that have use that one before and it has worked just fine.
I had power brakes and used on off a 72 vet and it worked great |
