258 to 4.0L swap help for CJ-7

Friend is in the process of swapping out the old 258 in his late-70's CJ-7 to a 4.0L from an '98. He is down to the wiring part and looking for some help. He has the factory '98 harness and needs some direction of where to go with it.

Anybody have, or know where to get, a good wiring diagram with guidelines of what mods are needed to the factory harness?

Any suggestions for an outside company that would do these mods? He has done some research and said the place he found wants close to $800 and he doesn't want to pay that much.
