Made steady progress this weekend. 4 linkis complete! I have 35.25" lower links and 25" upper. All triangulated to the max I can allow. No hinderance anywhere with full flex. Next up is hydro lines, brake Lines and exhaust relocate. Once the ORI get here I will be rocking again .

Wish but with work travel I am for sure not going to be done. This working on weekends is cramping my time frame.

Pics from the side as requested. I got the new radiator completed, left brake line ran, d-ring welded on for chains and struts turned to gain access for the charging ports.

More progress got the radiator bled and brakes. Made a new light bar for 40"LED light bar to be acquired later. Got a coat of paint on her as well. Lots of sanding off the old red that I hated!

Getting closer. I had to move the front axle strut mounts 2 times to
Get the clearance I needed for the tires. But it is done. Need to rerun the front brakes and paint again. Charge shocks as well then test. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Suspension performance
Well I have to say this was a great investment. Got a lot of complaints I was going to fast down the trails . The ride was fantastic and the flex was unbelievable. I did not lift a tire the entire weekend. Body roll was a bit scary at first but I got use to it. I am going to move the front shock completely to directly above the axle and where they attach at to the axle as well...so pretty much a redesign on the dana 60 but this will drastically help on the body roll and bring the height back down about 3 inches in the front and 2 in the rear I am estimating. I plan to start that after I get back from Haiti in 2 weeks.
