There are several lakes. Don't know which pics you are referring to.

ok i,ll try.... go toward widowmaker, just before widowmaker starts turn left up that hill beside little widowmaker. at the top of the hill turn right and follow that trail ( called the powerline trail ). follow it aroundtill you see a left turn in a curve and take that left. follow that past a oil tank and make a left toward the lake... gabby

Watch out for some of those lakes. The locals say they are full of chemicals and what not. Last time we were down there some guys had a water bottle full of some of that lake water and there were some kind of fresh water jellyfish in the water. It was pretty cool.

Not sure which one that is, looks like the one off the left of Cookes branch. They all look alike. If you ever look at any satellite images of the area you will see there are lakes all over the place. They tell me they were created to skim the oil off of. They used pumps to force water down into the ground to lift the oil out and then skimmed it off the top.

Whats the name of that lake off of the main road Mike. It is on the left as you head out past Nat'l Bridge towards Zachariah. It isn't out in the woods or anything , but I'd guess it is safe for fishing and swimming. It has a parking lot directly beside it, makes me think it is safe.
