The early 80's Dodge 241 can a feller run this upside down and use it for a driver drop insted of pass. drop?

What about linkage? Oil issues? Doubt it.

I can plug and move them but before I put time in that was wondering if it was at all possible

I know you can run a dana 300 upside down

Pretty sure all 241's have an oil pump, so this would need addressed before flipping it otherwise the pickup tube would be at the "top" of the case.
