samurai twin stick install

I have made many sets of twin sticks for the samurai guys recently. Now I have a samurai and twin sticks and need to know what preperations need to be made to the case to make them work properly. I am installing the twin stick and the 6.5 t-case gears tonight and want to do all of this in one shot! Thanks in advance. :)
