Tires make the truck. Looks great. Off topic question. I have been doing some work in Price Hill this past week and noticed cops were all over. Is this normal for this area?

A bad u-joint still doesn't explain the problems you have been having. I drove my Bronco off-road with bad u-joints and didn't have any problems.
