Sounds strange to me.... he's dissolving his co. to go start over making and doing the same thing...:confused:

that's not strange at all... tons of companies do it all the time. easy way to dissolve debts you don't want to pay etc...

was never super impressed with much of their work. although they were the first company i saw use rolled tubing in the design of their chassis. it's a good looking one. the rest of their stuff is all bolt on mediocrity.

I agree Mike , it is a common business practice.

What seems strange is in his letter it sounds like he's lost interist in the off road parts/fab business and he's going a different way with his life....
