Who installs headliners?

My dad has a 1969 Camaro and it needs a headliner and a vinyl top installed. Can anyone do anything?

i know a guy thats real good here in hamilton but its like 35 min from amelia...stevens auto tops 868-1121 its on rt4 tell em major performance reffered you
