my latest build...

well sold my last ride and here is what we came up with... gonna be set at 19 inch belly height and 109" wheel base 5ft 8" over all height, all yota drivetrain..16inch fox shocks 4 linked both ends..undecided on tires..either red label krawlers or 40inch swamper ltb's...thought i would share some pics!!! thanks to BOTH Steve Leonards for all the help!!!


and yes i know its gonna be cold and wet at times but hey ya cant be a puss right?? :) lol

really like the way the tube work flows, espcially like teh double B pillar. i started tearing the TJ down today to mostly rework it this winter. your shop looks much warmer than my garage (complete with large hole in the roof)

thanks man...were buildin over at stevies dads!! he has a really nice shop insulated and all that...my fat ass dont like bein cold when im workin on stuff lol...hopefully be done for yota crawl first of april...see you there??

Out of curiosity, why did you put a bend in the top windsheild bar?
Style?
Minor triangulation?

The double b pillar is supposed to be really strong if you can tie them together.

nothin worth showin really...spent the whole weekend welding on chassis and trussing my rear housing and makin all my tabs and tube inserts...next step is motor and trans mounts and set up both 4 links should have some 4 link pics next weekend...i did finish up my roof bars maybe ill post up some pics of that...
