That's weird... the other night there was a report of shots fired within a 1/4 mile of my folks...
Emily was "sleeping-over" there that night... So of course, Momma just had to see that on the news...

Saw ch. 12 set up at Mios tonight on my way home from work. Wondered what that was all about. Our shop is about 2 miles from this. Two of our trucks had the windows broke out on Saturday night. Thats pretty brave because we have a police sub station attached to our building.

I'm currently looking for single family homes available for rent in the Fairfield/Liberty Township area in the..oh lets say...$800-900/month range. Work in Mason... If you see something, let me know.

Just keep driving till you see corn or wheat. Look for the nearest house for sale......call it good! At least until the new shopping center is built.

Well there are some houses to rent at that price but they are harder to find these days. You could head out to Trenton and find no crime since they have the finest Police forse in the county, I think Scott told me that Sarge.

I live by Bridgewater Falls and we enjoy the area. Taxes are less than Liberty Township in FF and FF Twp.

You could buy my place, cheap. And the biggest crime wave we've seen was two years ago when some kids rummaged through the unlocked cars, looking for change...

The bank was going to lend the wife's friend money for a house around here. The woman is disabled, legally blind and makes about what you are paying in rent a month. She had the money from the bank, but the seller wouldn't come down.

The kids rent a 2 bedroom, with a pool apt. for 5 something just down the street.

We had a similar situation.

An early morning wake up at 6am with a gun shot during a drug bust motivated us to start looking for a house to purchase instead of renting. Wife and I sat up out bed looked out the window and similatiously said, "time to move!" We where out of there in less than a month.

Hope you it works out for you as quickly as it did for us.

Thanks. Here's hoping. Gonna drive around today up that direction (off work this week) and see if I can stumble on anything. Ideally I'd like to get back to where I give directions to my place with the phrase "second gravel road, turn by the cows, second drive on the right, if you see horses turn around". Been awhile and I miss not having neighbors looking in my windows (or was that you Robert :) ) But I know it'll probably take another move to get to that one. If you see me, wave...

Yea heard he was bragging about it to friends and they turned him in..or something. The 'witness' is a putz who rents a room from me...I'm just sad the guy missed.

Drove around for a while couple days trying to find something...that's been fun. Trying to decide next plan..
