IOK Rock 2010 Season Dates

IOK Rock 2010 Season Dates

Over the past year we have been busy adding more rocks and reconfigured most of the current courses. We have started construction on a 3rd course and plan to keep adding.

IOK Rock is back it again!!! Race dates have been established for the 2010 season. There are 3 races this year, so mark your calendars NOW:

May 22 (Saturday) – Rock Crawl & Rock Racing @ IOK’s Spring Test-N-Tune
Gate Opens 8:00AM
Registration 9:00AM – 10:00AM
Competition Starts 10:30AM
*This is our Spring Test-N-Tune weekend we will be hosting Pro-Truck Nationals “Grudge Match” on Friday evening and Saturday all day @ the same time as our rock crawl.
Racer Registration Fee = $35
Camp Site Fee = $20 per person ($10 ages 6 – 12 / 5 & under Free)

July 16-18 (Friday – Sunday) – IOK Rock Jeep Jam
We are still planning this event so more details to come. But we are looking at having a jeep cruse-in, kids movie, band, camping, Rock Crawling, Rock Racing, offroad course to test your rig, vendors, teeter totter (if we can get it built fast enough), RTI Ramp, etc. We are looking for sponsors and vendors for this event. If you interested contact us at IOKRock@fuse.net. Follow-up here or at www.iokrock.com

August 28 (Saturday) – Battle of the Boulders, Gravelrama (Competitors are Invitation Only)
Competition Starts 30minutes after Flat Drags

September ??? – Rainout Day, if needed
Times – TBD

Gate Fee = $10 ($5 ages 6 – 12 / 5 & under Free)
Racer Registration Fee = $35
Camp Site Fee = $20 per person ($10 ages 6 – 12 / 5 & under Free)

If you have a rig bring it down we have people compete with their daily drivers, dedicated trail rigs, to the fully modified moon buggies. We will find a Class for competitors to compete.

We always pay First and Second places in each class, so long as there are at least 4 competitors in your class. Amount of payout depends on how many total competitors we have registered.

Check www.IOKrock.com or YouTube.com (search for Gravelrama, IOK Rock, Hillbilly Proud, Wombat, etc) for footage of past events.

We are located approximately 30minutes west of Cincinnati in Cleves @ the intersection of Route 128 and 50, near the Indiana Ohio border.

From the North or Northeast:

Take exit 7 (Hamilton-Cleves) and turn left onto State Route 128.
Go approximately 5 miles to US 50.
Go straight at the traffic light and cross the railroad tracks. This is now Valley Junction Road.
Immediately across the tracks will be our long drive. Stay to the left of this drive and follow it to our main gate.

From the South or Southeast:
Take I-7I to I-75 to I-275 West (south of Cincinnati).
Exit at Kilby Road and turn right.

Gonna try to make some of these. But between Top Truck Challenge and 3 KOH qualifiers this summer, it's hard to find an open weekend.

Carwash,

When and where are the KOH qualifiers that you may be competing in?
